Industry Heat Exchanger as a system component
bacherEnertec - Projekt planning | Development | Construction
Welded heat exchangers as smooth pipe heat exchangers or spiral fin tube heat exchangers are available in different designs depending on the application. The chamber geometries are welded half-pipe jacket and can be removed. Or the media-side deflection is done with elbows.
All heat exchangers are available as slot heat exchangers with flange plate, as well as with or without housing. The housings are also available in an airtight version. We can supply transition hoods and frames for setting up the heat exchangers as accessories. Steam, heat transfer oil, water, water/glycol mixture or refrigerant are used as operating media. The steelgrades used are carbon- or low-alloy steels as well as various types of stainless steel. High-temperature-resistant Austenites are also used.
In unpolluted air, evaporators, condensers and air coolers/air heaters are produced from copper pipes with aluminum fins. The deferred fins are firmly connected to the fins by mechanical expansion of the copper tubes. The media-side deflections are carried out by elbows and header tubes / manifolder. The header tubes / manifolder are made of copper or steel and soldered with the heat exchanger tubes.
As standard, air coolers/air heaters are supplied with threaded nozzles. For evaporators and condensers, soldering nozzles are standard. The housing is made of galvanized sheet metal. Other materials can also be used for contaminated or polluted air.
